A nudge of rude awakening
And reality comes creeping through
A familiar plane that dissolves away
Dissipating meaning you hold on to
Reboot.
Addiction stares in the face of an addict
Claiming aloud it's rightful due
An aimless soul is scattered around
Peeks out for novelty to pursue
Reboot.
Chaos was in the foundation of structure
Rubble was not the future it knew
Delicate pieces were once arranged
In fragments they collect the morning dew
Reboot.
Designs made on the fabric of life
Reshaped the future forever to
Sparse rays of the setting dusk
Outline the contours of a fading you
Reboot.
